Defective 3M 2080 car film
Hi everyone, for years I’ve been wrapping my car, in May I bought 3M cfs12 2080 film and after just 3 weeks from application it lifted and made some nice bubbles. There’s a problem with the adhesive; I reported the defect to the seller who, in response, stated that I must have caused the problem myself. In other parts of the bodywork I applied a much cheaper film that hasn’t given any problems. How do you get out of this situation? Thanks

Mentore1 year agoLegal warranties cover only ordinary consumers. There is a specific article (art. 131 Consumer Code) that excludes any form of warranty in the event that the installation is carried out by personnel not expressly authorized by the manufacturer.
Whoever applies these films must be a professional, and therefore it is him who has to deal with the supplier.
