Maybe we didn't understand each other: I placed this order and it arrived not as described, but since it was a gift I had to hand it over. Of course I couldn't return it; the seller sent me an item inferior to the one I ordered.

OP1 year agoI’m not satisfied, because as I already explained to you, I couldn’t return the item because I had already given it away, but the seller sent me a non-compliant item, since it was of a lower category, paid for as if it were the higher one.

Mentore1 year agoYou should have opened a return request for a non-conforming item anyway. The seller could have offered you a partial refund.
If they didn't offer you the discount, you could still have canceled the request in time.

OP1 year agoAs already said, I opened the complaint procedure, but I couldn't return it because it had already been delivered to the recipient, and in this case it should have been the seller who contacted me about the difference. Anyway, I don't want anything more to do with this seller.
