By mistake, I marked an item as paid that hadn't actually been paid for yet
Hello, I sold an item to a foreign user and since they hadn't paid yet I wanted to send them a message to remind them to make the payment. And unfortunately, I don't know how it happened, but by mistake I chose the wrong option and now it shows me as paid! Unfortunately customer service is already closed! Can anyone help me cancel the payment?
