For the tablet I bought
Hi, I bought a tablet. Since the seller doesn't reply to my messages and is in Germany, I just canceled it. How can I find out the seller's response, or can I get a refund?

you can't cancel the order, you can only formally request it from the seller, who is not obliged to accept it.
If nothing happens, once the delivery date has passed, you can open a report:
