Why can’t I add more items even though I haven’t reached the maximum sales limit yet?
Good morning, I opened the store on December 6, and although I still haven’t reached the maximum sales limit of 3000 euros, eBay won’t let me list any more items even though I still have 700 € of budget available.
In the meantime I have sold 5 items and all with positive feedback..
Can I do anything to unlock this?

you shouldn't look only at the limit in Euros, but also at the number of items available.
Keep in mind that, since you have multiple listings, you need to count by individual item, so if you have a listing with three items, you need to count three items... not just one...
As soon as you have more selling experience, you'll see that ebay will increase the limits imposed on you.

OP3 years agoHi, thanks for the reply, in fact I had worked this out too and just so I could add new and different items, I reduced the quantities per individual item from time to time, so as to always be able to have a greater variety of items to add.
Despite this and even though I still have 700 euros worth of items to add available, it doesn't give me that option.. this is my real doubt and problem..
Tomorrow it will be a month for me..is it likely they’ll unlock me?

Mentore3 years agoMaybe you didn't quite understand my reply...
Even if it tells you that you have €700 available, if the limit of listed and sold items is zero, you can't put any more up for sale!
At the end of the month it obviously resets to zero, but you also have to take into account the ones you have active... when they renew, they will also be included in the count and therefore in any possible exceeding of the limit.
