Why don't I see the shipping address in the DETAILS?

Hello and HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone. I have a question: a buyer made the bank transfer directly to me and as soon as I received it I marked it on Ebay as PAYMENT RECEIVED. I was supposed to ship today but Ebay is not showing me the buyer's shipping details. How can I fix this? Are they being petty because the payment didn't go through Ebay's channels??? 😉

They are not spiteful acts... they are simply rules...

If the buyer trusts you that much, ask him for the address himself!
