Why did you close the return?
Summary: The initial post by ferrov.man raises a question about closing returns. marioelegio responds, but both answers are incomplete and do not provide any further details in the discussion.
Good morning, yesterday I contacted PayPal for the simple reason that the item I bought I paid for in three installments with PayPal and I asked them, since I had opened a return, whether I still had to pay the second installment or not, and the operator I spoke to yesterday told me that I had to open a dispute right away and so we did, maybe since he is not Italian he misunderstood me.
Now, to reopen the return with you, what do I need to do? Can you call me or I can call you if you give me a phone number so you can explain it to me better? Have a nice day

Mentore1 year agoIf you did it that way, you made a mistake.
Opening the PayPal dispute closes the eBay return procedure (obviously it’s not possible to keep multiple return and refund requests open).
Now you have to deal exclusively with PayPal, unfortunately their procedures are slower and the return shipping will be at your expense.
