Why does Ebay keep sending me American codes and addresses?
Ebay keeps writing to me saying that the item, which was held up in Lonate Pozzolo and came from China and that I had sent back, should be resent to an address different from the Chinese one, except that the customs office in Lonate, at my request, sent it back to China via FedEx, which is already in transit and should arrive on August 11. What's more, they wrote to me from China saying that the refund won't be a problem for them. The item is already on its way to China. I don't know how to let Ebay know about this.

Mentore3 years agoEbay can't help you; if you sent the package back, it's because you refused it, and so you're not covered by ebay's customer guarantee because you probably didn't want to pay the import charges.
So if the seller is willing to refund you, you simply need to thank them... and a lot too... hoping the package gets delivered correctly.
Kind regards.

I also thank you infinitely

Mentore3 years agoThe procedure you describe having done is not normal.
Usually packages are received and then a return and refund procedure is opened.
Refusing to collect the package or it being rejected at customs are not events accepted by eBay or PayPal procedures, so now you’ll have to deal directly with the seller. If they refund you, even better; otherwise no one will be able to help you.

OP3 years agoDear Mario,
the package never arrived here at my place; it was stuck at customs and they wouldn’t release it because, apparently, a sheet was missing. I don’t know, and I would have had to spend more money on customs, which I hadn’t budgeted for.
Anyway, if they refund me, fine; otherwise, oh well...
Thanks for the encouraging "support"...
Bye...
