I made a purchase offer that was accepted by a seller in the United States. At the time of payment, I discover that eBay has applied an undisclosed fee in the purchase terms. What should I do? I bought abroad and have not had additional fees. I don’t think it’s fair to have to pay them if they weren’t disclosed beforehand.
