I purchased through eBay an Alfa Romeo window switch panel for €39.49+5.79 shipping=€45.28, paying via PayPal. I returned the item because it was defective and shipped on time, exactly on April 4th, and yesterday I received a partial refund. I would like to know why??? What does it mean???
