Why is my purchased item stuck at the SDA facility?
The tracking for my purchased product indicates that there is a problem at the SDA branch in Pescara and the item is being held up and I still haven’t received it. Delivery was scheduled for January 13, 2023.

Mentore3 years agoContact the seller, they have every interest in making sure the item reaches you.
SDA shouldn’t give you any updates, since their relationship is with the seller who entrusted them with the shipment.
