Why is it that when I enter my order shipping code, I can't find anything with any courier?

Why is it that when I enter the shipping number into any tracking system for any courier, it doesn’t find anything? It says the item was shipped on January 19. I’m given a shipping number but no tracking from any courier

Ask the seller if the item has been picked up by the courier.

Then you can try asking the courier for an explanation.
