Why is my shipment stuck?
Hello everyone, I bought a package on the 24th, and it shows that on the 25th the shipment code was provided to the package, but since that day my package has been stuck at the international shipping center. It has been exactly 4/5 days that the package hasn't moved

if it's in an international center and therefore the parcel is from abroad, you need to find out whether and by whom it will be delivered in Italy; usually the tracking number changes... of course it depends on the type of shipping.... or you simply have to wait and be patient.
