Why isn’t the seller shipping? And most of all, why isn’t she responding to messages?

I contacted the seller and she is not replying to the messages I sent. I made a purchase from the girl and she is not shipping the product I chose. I don't know what I should do?? Can you get me my refund!?? Please, since the girl is not sending anything.
The product is olivax and it is 2 bottles.

To get a refund, you have to request it yourself, wait for the estimated delivery date, and then open a report:
