I don’t agree with the refund policy that says the buyer has to pay for shipping. If the item isn’t what I expected, and the description wasn’t accurate, I think it’s only fair that the seller should cover the costs, not the buyer. I lost money for no reason when it wasn’t specified that the power supply wasn’t via USB either. (I’m talking about camping lamps) I didn’t return them because I didn’t like them, but because they weren’t as the description made them out to be. I’d like Ebay to take a closer look at how these cases should be handled
