Why are you removing my listings for counterfeits
good evening, I often find myself with hidden items because you say they are counterfeit. In reality, all my products are original and purchased from various outlets in Italy. I am a reseller and I work with a VAT number. I ask for a review and the reinstatement of the hidden products

Mentore6 months agoThe listings are hidden following a report by the trademark rights holder (Ve.r.o. program). You may be a seller with a VAT number, but you probably don't have the rights to sell certain products. More than eBay, you need to contact the person who reported you.
Also, a seller with a VAT number who is called store but is: Registered as a private seller Therefore, consumer rights under European law do not apply.

And anyway, you wrote to a community of users like you
