If by blocked you mean "removed listings", ebay may consider your items as replicas or counterfeit goods.
If you violate certain ebay rules (explained in the various emails you receive) you can't complain if others have them for sale, if it's forbidden... it's forbidden!
So if they are not replicas whose sale is not allowed, we fall into the first case: excessive sales volume for a private individual. Ebay (as required of all marketplaces under the DAC7 directive) has algorithms that monitor traffic (the ones that must be reported to the tax agency) and can decide to intervene in case of potentially anomalous situations.
Maybe 50 seller feedback ratings in a single year are considered excessive for a private individual (it should be more than 100 sales). Did they ask you for the data and purchase invoices? If you can prove that you are disposing of your own collection, they will allow you to continue selling.
I was told that they cannot verify the authenticity of some items and although I have been a seller since 2002, they do not doubt my honesty but.... they can only apologize to me for the block. But!!!! Why are the same VINYL records still being sold by others?????? Mystery of faith!!!!

OP3 years agoBut if it's banned, it should be banned for everyone!!!!!! And then my blocked vinyl records have SIAE stickers all over them.
