Why am I not receiving the pickup codes?
I’m not getting the pickup codes, neither by SMS nor by email. There’s nothing in spam, simply nothing has arrived for me.

Mentore2 years agoPickup codes are sent to you only if you are the sender of the request, but if you purchased the shipment through Packlink, you are not the sender, so the codes are sent to Packlink... ask them for them!
