Why can’t I upload an ad on eBay?
I tried every possible way, but when it comes to "putting it up for sale with the displayed fees"—which in this case there wouldn’t be because it’s free—it tells me there’s a technical problem and to try again. I’ve been trying for two days, but I can’t figure out what the problem is...

If everything is in order, go to the bottom of the attached page and use the link to have customer service from ebay call you.
