Why can't I post an ad?

Good morning everyone, I'm trying to publish my first listing, but every time I get the following message: "We encountered a system error. Thank you for your patience. Please try again". What could this be due to? I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging in from a browser, checking my profile information, but nothing. Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.
