Good morning, I don’t think it’s right to have to pay extra for an item when it wasn’t my fault but the seller’s fault, who perhaps intentionally sent something that is not sold online; for example, in my case, a cylinder with left-hand threading when we had not agreed on that But in Italy left-hand threading is used very rarely. I didn’t ask for this. On top of that I have to pay for the return myself. Please modify this rule because buying online is no longer worth it. The mistakes of the sending company should be covered in the event of an error.
