Hello, I recently posted an ad for a Cuban coin cob listed in the title Republica De Cuba. When I try to list it for sale under eBay conditions, I get an error message saying the ad may be restricted and the item may be subject to embargo, but if I remove the word Cuba from the title, the ad is posted. Can anyone help me?
