Why does a user place a bid on an item and not pay? Or take part in the auction and not pay?
Is it possible that eBay takes no action against a user who participates in the auction, wins the item and doesn't pay, and eBay still does nothing about a user who makes an offer and then doesn't pay and doesn't even respond to messages? eBay is really becoming a ridiculous thing, lacking seriousness

Mentore2 years agoMeasures exist.
If after 4 days you report that you haven't received the payment, ebay warns them and the more warnings they rack up, the harder it will be for them to stay on ebay.
On the other hand, there are also sellers who, despite having received payment, don't ship...
