Why is there an extra charge of €1 on every purchase on eBay with PayPal?

I bought on eBay paying with PayPal, but on my account I saw 2 extra charges of €1 with this PAYPAL *EBAY IT 75432758 written on them. I want to know why I have these charges!

If you’re just a buyer, eBay has no way to access your account and make additional charges without your explicit consent.

Only your bank can do that, ask whoever funds your PayPal account if they are fees.
