WHY DOES E-BAY ALWAYS REFUND THE BUYER EVEN WHEN THEY AREN'T ENTITLED TO IT?
An Australian buyer wins the Fountain pen on 16/04, I ship it by international registered mail and provide the tracking code by writing it in the appropriate space.....after 40 days of silence, the buyer opens a dispute saying they have not received the item........but does not answer my dispute questions where I had provided the tracking legend.....3 days later E -BAY refunds them saying I had not provided proof of the shipping code??? Either they don’t read it or they’re playing dumb......I lose the pen and the money ...I really feel like I’m the one being scammed as a seller.....Has something similar happened to any of you too. Thanks

Mentore2 years agoWe’ve already talked about this several times, international registered mail is not always a reliable product.
If you had paid attention to what Poste Italiane says, you would have known that international registered mail is not suitable for tracked shipment of goods in every country in the world. Poste Italiane has an agreement only with a certain number of countries, and Australia is not on this list.
If you go to monitoring, you’ll find the list of partner countries where it’s possible to track the registered mail.

For this reason you don’t have tracking or delivery confirmation, the code you provided cannot be considered valid and therefore you will never be right.
