HELLO EVERYONE
For some time now, my listings have been being removed through an automation (as stated in the eBay reply) that I am not familiar with.
I would like to point out that the items I list are all genuine and can be proven with the corresponding purchase invoices from the suppliers.
Therefore NOT COUNTERFEIT, NOT REPLICA, NOT UNAUTHORIZED COPIES...
However, the eBay replies at the time of removal are automatic responses with no serious review, since it is not possible for an item to be removed just a few minutes after it has been listed...
CAN ANYONE HELP ME BEFORE I TAKE ACTION THROUGH MEDIATION AND OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION?

it should be said upfront that you can’t sell everything you want on eBay even if the items are absolutely original.
If you use a brand you’re not authorized for, eBay removes your listing.
It’s pretty simple.
So you need permission not from your supplier but from the brand you represent; if you have patches and shirts with lots of brands, do you have authorization to use those brands??
Also, you need to update all your listings and remove the wording: "PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: PAYPAL, BANK TRANSFER, OTHER."... that’s not true, you can’t accept them!

I didn’t know about the payments part and honestly removing thousands of listings is a huge problem for me... but do you mean the one in the item description or in the shop settings??
Because if that’s the case then it’ll take me no time 🙂
As far as I know my customers pay with the same methods listed.
So let me try to explain better: the suppliers of what I sell are authorized by the brands to print and sell the product to us final retailers, so how can they then have the same ones removed?
Also I have identical cumulative listings that have never been removed that, if I then make them single, get removed... but the title and details are the same.
Believe me, all this is really frustrating because at this point suppliers shouldn’t be selling us goods that we can’t sell...

Mentore1 year agoYou're welcome... but I mean the actual wording that appears in every listing, since buyers can't pay you by bank transfer!
Also, the problem isn't with your suppliers, but between you and eBay.
You’re the one who needs authorization from the copyright holders of the individual brands you deal in in order to be able to sell them on eBay.

Do they have explicit authorization to resell on eBay??
I really don't think so!
So, as I already wrote to you, even if your suppliers have authorization to sell, that does not transfer to you just because you bought them from them!
The listings were closed by the VeRO program because the trademark holders reported you since you do NOT have authorization to do it!
It's not hard to understand, and you solve the issue simply by not putting those items back up for sale.

You can’t write this, in any listing.
On eBay the payments are handled by eBay, other methods, if that’s not the case, are not allowed.
