A package has been stuck in customs in Milan for a month
Hello everyone, I need to receive a package from the United Kingdom but it has been stuck for a month in customs in Milan and nobody can tell me anything concrete, they keep saying that I will receive either a registered letter or an email because some documents would be missing; the seller told me that he attached everything, anyway I’d like to know if anyone has had the same problem as me and, if so, how you solved it.
