good morning users I purchased Personal computer notebook PC Medion E17201, 4GB RAM 128GB SSD 17.3
right after opening the computer, as soon as it was turned on the keyboard did not work : When I press the keys to enter the registration details I don't have the option to keep typing because the letter "i" is typed automatically on its own, preventing me from typing the other letters and this is a problem with Medion notebooks (I did some research on the web, the same product in many cases has had keyboard problems). I consulted a technician who confirmed to me that the keyboard should be replaced in order to make the notebook work. So the notebook does not work and I have no way of using it the notebook as the private seller wrote in the listing was new with a 2-year warranty, I asked for a return for a defective product and a relative refund as per eBay warranty protection,, but eBay closed the dispute in favor of the seller: I wonder whether the eBay purchase warranty really exists.... I appealed and I am waiting for a further response from evbay, has this happened to any of you too?
