terrible eBay customer service
the worst customer support I've ever found in online e-commerce. I spoke with a girl who was completely unprepared and not able to solve the simplest problem, item not received because the seller is a scammer, reported by many users and ebay does nothing. better to buy elsewhere

Too bad because there are clear procedures even in case the item is not received...
