What should I do if the courier is 30 days late with the delivery? I, as the seller, am in difficulty because the buyer received the item, (a plant) after 30 days. The buyer wants a refund for the plants that arrived dead, but I no longer have the plant and I have not been compensated for anything since I purchased a shipping label, what should I do? I await help

I’d suggest offering a partial refund... if the buyer opens a return request, you’ll have to refund the full amount... plus also pay for the return shipping.
