Hi everyone, I bought a product from a foreign seller and he shipped the goods using the wrong phone number and email address.I went to pick it up several times but even though I’m the right person they can’t deliver it without the PIN. I contacted inPost at a Milan number that answers from Poland and they told me they can’t do anything about it, the Sender has to do it. I’ve exchanged endless correspondence with the sender, who says Global Relay can’t update the details and that I should do it !!At this point I think the parcel will be sent back and who knows if I’ll ever get it again..Has this already happened to anyone? Is there a solution?
