Faulty activated pool
I disputed a defective pool with PayPal and received a refund; now the seller is threatening to report me because he lost money and the pool, and it shows as returned to sender. How should I handle this

Mentore1 year agoIf you have been refunded, the merchandise is back in their possession. Tell them you're willing to send it back at their expense if they send you a prepaid courier.
If you refuse to return it, they can report you for misappropriation.

OP1 year agothe pool was never returned to the sender, as the seller says eBay told him that the goods were being returned to the sender

Mentore1 year agoIf you sent it back to the address eBay gave you, just check with the tracking code what happened to the merchandise.
If it came back to you (sender) or if you sent it to the wrong address, the seller has every right to report you.
