New damaged tires
On 8/3/23 I bought 4 new tires, today 1 of the 4 has a bulge in the tread due to a defect. I contacted the seller, who dismissed me by saying this is the first time it has happened and that I have to send it in for inspection, wait time 1 month. I opened a return but they closed it for me.

Mentore3 years agoeBay return procedures are not suitable for this kind of problem. They would have been fine if they were the wrong size or if they had obvious defects visible before installation. Now you need to ask the seller to apply the legal warranty.
