Good morning everyone,
on 30.04 I purchased two license plate holders that have still not been shipped. I have written to the seller 5 times and they have never replied. Delivery is expected by 15.05, but I doubt it…..will they refund my money? Thanks

if the seller takes 10 days to process the order, it’s perfectly normal that it arrives on the indicated date.
Before panicking, it’s always good practice to read the listing IN FULL, processing times included!
In any case, if nothing has arrived after May 15, you can open a report:

OP3 years agoThank you very much. I had read the listing in full, including the processing times for the whole transaction. I didn’t like the fact that the seller never replied to the 5 messages I sent. In any case, the item never arrived and I opened a refund request.
