armchair returned to Rocca by the courier
I shipped an armchair, paying for a label with insurance, and the courier didn't deliver it because he broke the armchair and returned it to me broken. What can I do?

Mentore2 years agoThe insurance almost never pays in case of damage, since they shift responsibility onto the seller who didn’t provide adequate packaging.
If you had shipped with a Packlink label purchased on eBay, you can still try:

OP2 years agoin fact, it’s not a return ...it was broken during transport before delivery to the buyer

Mentore2 years agoIf you had insured the package, you need to refund the buyer and then claim on the insurance.
Contact the courier, ask for the procedure and the required documentation.
