possible manufacturing defect
Good morning, I bought a pair of aquarium heaters on eBay.
After a few months I found that they had discolored, that is, they had released paint into the water. I contacted the seller to warn them that the items in question could cause damage. Who should I contact to report this: does eBay handle this? Thanks for the reply.

Mentore1 year agoNo, ebay guarantees the item’s compliance only for the first 30 days.
ebay’s guarantee, however, does not replace the legal guarantee that is the responsibility of the EU professional seller, but you have to go straight to the seller and deal with it with them.
If you bought them from a private individual or from a non-EU seller, you can throw them away.
