Possible issue with seller
Hello everyone, I bought a timing belt for my 2018 Kymco Downtown 350i... after asking for clarification and confirmation about the compatibility of the part in question for my scooter I made the purchase, but when I received the package I noticed that the belt is for a Kymco Downtown 300 and not a 350i like mine. I've been writing to the seller for several days to get clarification, but I haven't received a reply. Can anyone who knows scooters tell me if it's the same? Or should I start a claim with the seller?
