multiple purchase options for my buyers, with a single shipment
Hello, I'm writing again one more time to see whether it will be possible to get a thorough answer; I'm not rewriting the previous message, but just doing copy/paste :
Hello everyone; probably, in fact definitely, I'm doing something wrong, but I can't get users to buy more than one item, and then have them pay only one shipping fee, with the clause "ask the seller for the total." Every time they tell me that the system doesn't allow them to add up all the items, making them pay, item by item, the shipping for each individual item - so every time I create a custom listing for that user, with multiple items and a single shipping charge. I know that multiple items can be combined, I myself buy multiple items, then I ask the seller for the total, and I get a single bill and only one shipping charge.
Can someone help me by explaining step by step, every step, so that I can solve this little problem of mine?
