Can I get a refund?
I bought a Seresto collar from a seller, the origin was from Milan, but when it arrived the sender was from Hong Kong (after almost 3 weeks) the box had no film, from what I think the collar is a fake, what can I do now?

if you believe the item does not match the description, you can open a return request:

The seller will then decide whether to refund you immediately or collect the item at their own expense and then refund you.
