I bought a pair of Balenciaga sneakers; the seller claimed to be in Spain. They send an email with the tracking number, but the shoes never arrive and instead a little Chinese lucky charm arrives wishing good luck. I call DHL and they say that thatpackage isn’t theirs but was handed over to Poste Italiane. The shoes still haven’t arrived and I don’t even know how you’re supposed to ask for a refund. The eBay account has removed the item from the list of purchased items .
