Can I change the shipping method by calling customer service?

The customer selected shipping, but in reality we'll meet in person. Is there a way to change the shipping after paying? Is it possible by calling customer service?

No, it is not possible to change the shipping method once the sale is completed.

You could cancel it and then relist it with only local pickup.
