Mentore2 years agoIf the buyer claims that the product does not match the listing, you are the one who has to buy (and then send them) a label with which they can return it.
The return, for nonconformity, is always the seller's responsibility.
The feedback does not show any violation of eBay rules and I fear it cannot be removed without the consent of the person who wrote it.
