Can they cancel the order and then put it back on sale at a different price?
I bought 2 bracelets. The seller canceled my order with the reason damaged item (or something similar) and then put the same item back up for sale at a higher price. By law, the item must be sold at the displayed price. Can I use this "loophole" here?

Mentore3 years agoIf eBay has allowed it, it means the seller can do it... it's not a loophole... nor is it a matter of law... since it is the marketplace that is governed by its own rules.
