Hi guys, I bought some items way back on September 12, 2023.
On September 13, the seller made the post 1 code available, I contacted him 3 weeks later telling him that nothing had arrived and that the code showed tracking unavailable.
He replied that maybe the package was delayed, on October 4 I opened a dispute and the seller, 1 day later, that is on November 5, gave me a new post 1 code, and as of today it still shows tracking unavailable,
I sent a post 1 yesterday and if I enter my code it says shipment being processed.
Could it be possible that the seller provided a blank code twice, one that was never entered into the Poste Italiane systems?
