Hello, I sold a buyer a couple of items that were shipped (Monday) with Posta1. Today (Thursday) I check whether the package has been delivered...
For the first time in Poste’s tracking it says that the shipment was not collected by the recipient and will be returned to the sender (with Posta1???). Is something like that possible? Who ends up losing the shipping costs? By the way, I should point out that I paid €5.50 instead of €3.50 because it weighed more than it should have...

Mentore3 years agoIt depends on why it was rejected, almost certainly because the address was not found since the envelope is left on the mailbox.
If you made a mistake transcribing the address eBay gave you, you'll have to resend it at your own expense.
If the buyer made the mistake, they'll have to provide you with a new address and pay for a second shipment.
