Poste Delivery Standard - eBay Shipping
Hi everyone,
I am encountering a frustrating glitch in the listing editor when trying to revise the price of my active items on eBay Italy.
The Problem:
Whenever I open an active listing to lower the price, the eBay discounted shipping option ("Poste Delivery Standard - eBay Spedizioni") disappears from the shipping services dropdown menu.
Instead, the editor forces full retail rates (like standard postal rates at €9.40) or pick-up options without prices.
If I change the package weight/dimensions back and forth, the "eBay Spedizioni" option randomly reappears for a moment, but selecting it or making another change breaks the form again. It seems like a script/caching bug in the "Revise Item" interface.
I contacted Customer Support via chat, but the representative unhelpfully suggested deleting and relisting my active items, which would cause me to lose watchers and search ranking.
Questions:
Is anyone else experiencing this bug where discounted eBay Shipping options disappear when revising prices?
Is there a known fix or a way to refresh the editor page without losing original shipping settings?
