Good morning - I’ll start by saying that for me this is a period of terrible bad luck.... unfortunately I have to bother you again for your advice. On November 5 I sold a coin to a user from Israel; I would have preferred to lose the sale, but at the buyer’s insistence I shipped it after a couple of days.... Now, two months later, he is asking for a refund because he says he never received it. I contacted Italian Post, who confirmed that the registered package was picked up at the international exchange as of 12/11, so now it is in the hands of the Israeli post office. Can you tell me what I can do?.... do I have to pay in any case?... I think sellers are not protected by Ebay.... it’ll end up that I’ll delete the account..... give me some advice ... thanks

Mentore3 years agoBig mistake, the registered mail. It's not traceable until delivery in all countries, and checking on the post office website, Israel does not appear in the list of countries where the tracking service is active.
There’s nothing to be done, you have no proof that you delivered the item and eBay will, by force, have to side with the buyer.
