Expired Pay Post during item return
Hello, on 27/03 I returned an item (it arrived at its destination) but unfortunately as of April 1 my PostePay expired and I still haven’t received the money in the new PostePay. How can I proceed? Thanks in advance

you need to contact the post office that issued your PostePay, only they will be able to help you and recover the money on the expired card.
A refund cannot be "redirected" to another card.
