Return policies | return label
Hi everyone, I have a question for you.
I need to return some items and I’d like to understand how to do it without having the return label. I started the return process, the seller accepted it but said they won’t be able to provide me with the return label.
How does it work in this case? Can I get one myself at a post office?

Mentore2 years agoIt depends on the reason for the return.
If it’s because you changed your mind, the return is at your expense, so you can use whatever service you think is appropriate (including tracked postal shipping).
If instead it’s a return because the items don’t match the listing, the return is at the seller’s expense and they can’t refuse to send you a prepaid label. so ask eBay to step in: https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/chiedi-ebay-di-intervenire-acquirenti?id=4701
