Good morning; I had a problem, basically I bought 2 Omron R88D-KN15F-ECT servo drivers for a machine we are assembling, and to our surprise when we went to install them we discovered that under the label with that code there was another label with a different code!!! I can't get in touch with the seller. What can I do??

if not more than 30 days have passed since delivery, you can open a return request for a non-compliant item:

if, on the other hand, more than 30 days have passed, you need to open a dispute on PayPal’s website if you paid this way, or contact your bank for a chargeback.
